100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, a full refund of the booking amount will be provided without any penalties.
50% Refund: For cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. This partial refund accounts for the costs already incurred in preparation for your stay.
No Refund: For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, no refund will be provided, as it becomes challenging to reallocate the reserved accommodation during this period.

- Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official customer support channel. Include your booking details for quicker processing.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Processing times may vary based on your payment method or bank.
- Transaction Fees: Any applicable transaction or service fees incurred during the booking or refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Special Cases: In the event of government-imposed travel restrictions or natural calamities, we may offer flexibility beyond this policy at our discretion.
Modifications and Rescheduling
- Modifications to your booking (e.g., changing dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our support team at least 15 days before your scheduled check-in to explore options.
- In case of rescheduling, the refund policy will apply based on the revised check-in date.
